Even if you are not conducting a business or you are operating in a volunteer organization not covered by the Act, or are a private individual, it is well worth your while to ensure the electrical safety of your home/charity;

• Bought a home recently?  What do you know about the safety of the home and the appliances already there and that you are putting in there?
